I can only agree with what In-A-Cocoon-Now stated.
I started off with abx, jumped right into it (Azythromycine, Minocycline and Plaquenil) - Oh my...
My dr didn't advice me to start with 1 abx at a time, adding the others slowly. Full dose right away. Kept on doing that for about 4 months until I started posting on this forum I think in November 2012 (although signed up beginning of January, I just noticed that, but back then I just had a look, wasn't diagnosed yet).
Then I allowed myself to breath every now and then, let my body rest. Explained my dr that I was doing really bad, told him how I really felt. He adapted the protocol for 2 more months, and then gave me a break off abx for a few months cause my body couldn't handle it anymore. Then started again, but slowly, for another 6 months.
Now off abx, and the herbal tinctures are as strong as the abx - so not to play with at all. It is as important as with abx to follow the protocol, cause one can for instance develop a resistance to Samento (this is just an example).
The first reaction is to attack, with all means, to get it out of your system as quick as possible, cause we all want to have a normal life asap.
Please be careful. Study your supplements well, ask your dr's/herbalist's advice, there may be things you haven't taken into consideration. Report any side effects, a good dr will make adjustments to your protocol if needed. Inform your dr when you feel that the herxing is going out of controll. I had this going on, and it is not quickly undone.
