When I started hav7ng horrible gi issues my pcp ordered some food tests, to my surprise I was gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs and a few other things sensitive. Prior to 5 or 6 years ago I had never had food allergies, sensitivities. After 50 years of eating what I want it has been a huge adjustment and when I fall off the wagon cause I just have to have some pasta, pizza or fufu coffee or cocoa I pay the price. It is amazing that these drs cant see food intolerance s developed late in life as a strong clue for lyme and related infections. Almost all lymies seem to report developing food intollerances that they had not had prior to infection.
