Hi everyone, I hope all is well. Today was week #2 I walked on the treadmill. The pace was a little faster than last week. I did 10 minutes last week and 23 minutes today. YAY!
I'm not ready to run...still trying to totally get my balance back. We did a lot of exercises today to help with my vestibular system too. I'm getting excited.
Also more good news...a lot of you know that I have been weaning off of Lorazepam for months. My dosage was .5mg 1x a day. I am now down to 1/4 of a tablet once a day! YAHOO! I am starting to feel less in the clouds and knock on wood...my balance has been better the past few days.
Just wanted to share some good news!!!!
