Hey guys! It's a new day sorry for being such a downer yesterday! I got a package in the mail, my Burbur and Pinella. I know to start out low to see how my body responds but would love to hear any tricks y'all use or when you know they are working! Thanks and God Bless!

Burbur and pinella are detox tinctures. One for detoxing the brain and nerves (pinella) the other for detoxing your circulatory system(Burbur).

I think this is simply going to make you feel better after your herxes. No worries about starting out small for these products since you should take as much as you feel like until you feel better.

Question -

I had been adding pinella/burbur/parsley drops to my veggie juice along with milk thistle seed and turmeric. But realized the p/b/p is supposed to be taken in water. Is there a possibility that the juice is impacting efficacy? Should I use water instead? Can I put all drops in the same glass of water?

Just ordered Burbur and Pinella. Can I take both in the same glass or should I spread them apart?

i put 10 drops of each in the same glass

I mix mine all in same glass...let it sit for a minute (or more) and drink it down!
