Welcome to our community! First thing I would really encourage you to do is to find a doctor that will treat you for your Hashimoto's. That is an autoimmune condition that will only get worse - quickly - without treatment.
It would be very good if you would read through our "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread as there are symptom lists that you can look through to get an idea if you have the symptoms of these infections.
As for the testing, please be aware that the blood tests that most doctors use are only looking for antibodies that are supposed to be produced by the immune system - not the actual bacteria. These bacteria can actually hide from the immune system in several ways, and if you should have more than one tick-borne infection, that can make testing positive even harder. So the most knowledgeable Lyme literate doctors diagnose clinically, hoping that the tests back up the diagnosis, but won't withhold a diagnosis because the person tests negative.
It can be quite hard to tell the difference between Hashimoto's symptoms and Lyme symptoms at times, but Lyme symptoms won't ease up because of thyroid treatment, and thyroid conditions won't respond to anti-infective treatments.
