Think of each band as a unique barcode for lyme, you have more then enough bands or barcodes to strongly consider lyme being the culprit of your symptoms. Not all of the ones you have are lyme specific. Not to mention, the tests are not the best anyway- so don't focus on that too much.
It sounds like you are having some success with treatment, only 3 weeks in! That should be a huge flag to you that something is working. I know it is hard because you want a test result that says"Without a doubt, you have lyme" I know some researchers are working on it but we just don't have a test like that, yet! Even those that get flagrant positives are told that they are just bad tests, which well - you just don't get 5 bands and have it be negative.
Stick with the course of treatment and see how you do. There are always alternatives/supplements you can add to your treatment if you feel like you have plateaued or in some cases the drs have to be careful so they are less likely to treat coinfections- so it is nice to be able to add herbs and such in on your own with guidance.
Hang in there, try not to focus on the tests too much okay!
