I do have to say that I've seen about
6 people come through here over the years that I have been here and they were soooo determined to really keep things changing in their protocol - and all ended up a lot worse than they started off being. It's absolutely heartbreaking to watch. It's always advisable to stick with a protocol for at least 2 - 3 months before changing things around to give the body time to adjust and react to the changing help it's getting - don't forget that these bacteria are very slow growing compared to other bacteria, so any changes in medication may take a while to see benefit from.
We all want to heal as of yesterday
- but the body needs time to heal when dealing with something as complicated as these infections and all that can go on inside the body when this ill. A symptoms journal will help you see what you are helping and what is continuing to happen as you treat and make changes.

Check into his paper "Advanced Topics in Lyme Disease" , which can be found in the "New to Lyme?" thread.
