I think Buhner and Cowden are the best. I don't know anything about Byron White.
My best experience so far, better even than regular abx, has been with Cowden.
You can do Cowden for a lot less money, if you just do Banderol and Samento, along with Parsley, Pinella, and Burbur. Iherb sells the detox herbs for a reasonable price, and you can get Banderol and Samento on Amazon. Then you can add Cumanda later if you want.
For coinfections, I use the "Traveler protocol," (ha ha), and I order teas like Houttuynia in bulk, which is much less expensive than tinctures.
If you do the entire Cowden protocol on the schedule he suggests, your herx will be so bad you will want to tear out your hair, and cry.
I start with one drop of Samento a week (along with detox herbs) and increase by one drop every week, and I gradually add in Banderol.
I'm going to start again, but I'm only going to do Banderol one or two days a week, bc I don't want a resurgence of c. diff.
