Hello,

I just started the Zhang herbs a few days ago becasue I know someone with Lyme that it really helped. Now my Lymph Node in my neck is swollen and hurts. I believe the Lymphatic system helps get rid of dead bacteria and what not correct? So is it possible that maybe the herbs are working a little too well? I believe I am detoxing well so maybe I need to dial back the herbs a bit?

You should try doing Lymph massages on yourself. I thought this one was a good video of how to do it. Just remember - gentle pressure and do them daily. If you are having little success, there are professionals that do lymph massages too. No need to dial back the herbs, unless you can't get the lymph nodes to go down.

I hope that you find it helpful!! If not there are other things that can be done, but this is the most useful by far in my opinion.

Akkami - I just discovered a swollen lymph node on my neck - mine is kind of hard to explain where it is. It's between my collar bone and my neck muscle. Kind of in that "recessed" area..if that makes sense.

I guess that's just another symptom of lyme disease.

I have a giant lymph node under my chin in my throat area. Its huge. I had it checked out and it was benign. Ive had for about a year so I chalked it up to lyme. I think its a drainage issue. Id like to get rebounder at some point. Its supposedly great to get the lymphatics moving. You can do manual massage, massage therapy from a therapist and some homeopathic meds can stimulate drainage.
