Try soups and smoothies, and bring the glass to your lips!
Worst case, eat applesauce and chicken soup, with boiled chicken, or applesauce, boiled chicken, and rice.
For your tummy, take probiotics, any form of licorice, and digestive enzymes.
And yes, ginger is super important. Get the ginger candies or the crystalized ginger. It stops car sickness in my case. You can make ginger tea, or keep sucking on the candies all day (this is for nausea).
