Since money is tight (for many actually!) I would suggest that you just do the WB & LTT elispot. One might pick up something the other doesn't.
The CD57 only "supports" a chronic Lyme diagnosis - and it's not always low in those that are really ill.
The Elisa is completely useless though. It's shouldn't even be used for these infections as it's not nearly sensitive enough to pick up the infections when it can be proven by other testing means.
