I've been having ringing in my ears for the past few months - enough to drive you CRAZY, as if lyme itself wasn't enough. lol.
I knew it wasn't permanent because some days its not there. Was determined to find out what it was and lo and behold I found an article about magnesium deficiency causing tinnitus.
Knowing that lyme strips us of magnesium, I doubled my dosage (as I normally supplement with magnesium) and its gone. I hope for good.
I've been feeling great too with no muscle or joint pain so I'm sure the magnesium helped that as well.
Make sure you supplement with a good magnesium - I take magnesium asparate/potassium by pure encapsulations. You will be shocked what magnesium deficiency can do to you.
