I had a friend who did great with Ritalin.
Some doctors give Nuvigil or Provigil, but those are too stimulating for me, and I worry about my sleep, not to mention my heart.
I think that as far as pharmaceuticals, Ritalin might be the best option.
Other than that, I'd say, pace yourself, know your limits, and rest a lot.
When I feel sick, I declare, "pajama day," and watch movies on Netflix either in bed or on the couch.
I'm TRYING to learn acceptance, but so far, it hasn't worked very well.
So if you accept your limits and pay attention to them, that helps.
