That has to be adrenals.
My jitteryness is better, but I still have trouble with hyperfocusing (a Lyme-induced ADHD kind of thing, and still can't sleep until 4:00 a.m.).
Talk to your LLMD about it.
I take Rhodiola and Eleuthero in the a.m. and Newton's "Insomnia" at night. I tried this "jet lag and shift work" formula, but it's disappeared in my house, and I can't find it.
At least my sleep cycle has moved from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
I'm having a terrible, terrible time waking up in the morning, and the "narcolepsy" thing is starting again.
J. has to shake me awake, or call me by phone numerous times. I ignore the alarm clock.
