There are so many "health" type things I'm supposed to do daily. I can't seem to fit them all in one day! I seem to need at least 10 to 11 hours sleep, so that doesn't leave much time.
I have to take supplements, antimicrobials, and antibiotics, not to mention binders and probiotics. Then I have to separate everything from binders by two hours on each side, so that's four hours, and I have to do the same with probiotics. Then there are so many detox routines, it's unreal. Baths take about
30 minutes total, including quickly cleaning the tub. For the lemon/baking soda thing, you have to squeeze the lemon, and assemble things. Same for the bath.
In addition to all that stuff, I need to (theoretically), walk the dogs, run errands, take the trash, and have a bit of a social life, not to mention cooking, cleaning, and trying to maintain a house and yard.
Sometimes, I crash, and can barely do anything.
I can't afford help. Regardless, how the hairy heck do you fit everything in one day????
