I've been following this thread with great interest since I just started the XTF MAX fitness program. It's a less intense program than the P90X stuff I was doing last year at the time of my dx.
As time went on during my treatment, I just couldn't do what I used to do and, thanks to Georgia Hunter's explanation, I now understand why.
I am feeling much better these days and wanted to get back into a regular routine - thus my latest-greatest.
I'm slightly sore in the evenings but, by morning, I'm back to normal and ready for the next workout.
However, I noticed I gained a lb. from yesterday until today....and I did the legs workout yesterday lol

I believe that unless you increase your levels of depleted cations in addition the correct GI flora, then yes, the problem will reoccur.

How does one increase one's levels of depleted cations? And, after Googling, I'm not really sure what they are. lol Would you kindly explain this further for me?
