I'm currently using bee venom therapy (8 stings 3X per week), samento/banderol/pinella,burbur, LDN, and I've recently started CBD made from hemp bought from Green cross in Vancouver, BC.
I read on another form that the CBD sold at GC is in fact made from industrial hemp and not cannabis and is therefore not useful? If anyone knows about this, please let me know.
Hi Toronto_M, just because the oil is derived from hemp does not necessarily make it bad. The issue is that some companies have been using the industrial hemp waste to make the oil and the oil contained heavy metals, pesticides and sometimes very little CBD.
If you have a reliable source for the oil there's nothing wrong with it.
These are some of the companies the FDA tested oil from: www.fda.gov/NewsEvents/PublicHealthFocus/ucm435591.htm
I have not updated here for a long time so I'm well overdue.
What happened was that when the Bartonella symptoms started to disappear, Babesia symptoms started to appear. So I started treating with CSA formula. I started at a quarter dose and that was fine. When I increased to half dose I had a pretty strong Herxheimer reaction with extreme dizziness as the worst symptom. I then went up to full dose (1.5tbsp according to buhner) and the Herxing continued for more than 6 weeks. Completely zapped of energy, which is why I didn't write anything here.
I'm finally starting to feel better again and I have had some additional improvement as well. Anxiety is much lower, overall fatigue and fogginess is much improved.
Last week I went swimming for the first time in 6 years. The nice thing is that they also have a pool with water from a natural hot spring said to contain lots of magnesium and calcium. It also has a jacuzzi feature, which is nice, very relaxing. I also went out to dinner with a friend for the first time in 3 years.
My only concern at the moment is that I'm running out of cannabis oil and will not be able to make more until January next year. For now I stick with the Hemp oil and Buhners Bartonella and Babesia protocols. I hope that's enough to keep me from going backwards.
For that reason I went to see my LLMD again and he is
open to the idea of treating with antibiotics again. I'm thinking of trying Biaxin with Rifampicin as I haven't tried that particual combo. After some time I would also like to add Malarone to address Babesia. What do you guys think about
