I think you are wise to be asking these questions. There is no way around this, it will be tough, but many of us have to do just this for one reason or another.
Did you mean homeopathic or natural or herbal? You said homeopathic which is a different type of medicine than what Cowden is. Cowden would be considered natural or herbal since it uses herbs only.
Cowden isn't right for everybody, but you may find it very useful, and you just may heal on it. You will find this to be true for most of the things that are out there - you won't really know until you try. The best thing that I ever did was research to try to find some people that had the same symptoms and circumstances (having been infected for the same amount of time/same amount of impact on their life) and see what they did and what did and didn't work. It gave me a general understanding of what to look for.
Like I said though, Cowden's Condensed protocol works for some. If it's working, but not well enough, we might be able to help you figure out why or what to do next. But it's honestly a lot of guess work by even the most knowledgeable Lyme literate doctors. They just have a better understanding of the bacteria and what to try.
Why not order a month or two of Cowden's protocol and see how you do on it? It's a lot better than being in gridlock about
what to do.
If it was a guide to Cowden's Condensed protocol that you are looking for, here is one: www.nutramedix.ec/ns/images/stories/CSP05052015Schedule_1.pdf
When you find things that you aren't sure of, post about
them here - we're really good at giving our opinions on things!! LOL!
And remember, it's all one step at a time - all of it.
