My very healthy girlfriend that is a competitive body builder, does coffee with a dab of Kerrygold butter (grass fed cows) and a dab of organic coconut oil. Blended in the blender (while it is cool so you don't burn yourself) and then she slowly reheats it and says it is like a latte.

I love mine, my way and I don't know if I want slippery lips drinking coffee.

I think you could try a cup of coffee and just see how you feel the next day. Coffee is a two sided coin. On one side, it is a stimulant and chronic illness already has us in a state of fight-or-flight all the time. On the other side, it removes dampness (re: Chinese medicine), detoxes the liver and helps produce more bile.

Not as stimulating, but much more beneficial would be - and I hate to say it - a coffee enema. Not too often, but it can really help with elimination.

Actually, coffee enemas help the body produce more glutathione too. That's why there are so many that do them - it's just not something most will talk about!

I think the bulletproof coffee ss delicious! And there has been lots of debate over the years... Is Coffee healthy???

At one point in time people believed coffee is okay, but if you're growing it might "stunt your growth".

At one point people believed it could be related to cancer... But this was at a time in like the 40's or 50s when smoking rates were very high and of course nobody adjusted the study for smoking rates.

Now it's coming back that coffee cleanses the liver, greatly reduces the rate of liver cancer, etc.

But now it's considered a super health food. Loaded with antioxidants, and as Traveler mentioned increases your bodies production of glutathione. I think the bulletproof exec has it bang on... use coffee that has little mold or mycotoxins and you have a super health food.
A pooper scooper trooper. Battling bartonella, Lyme, and mycoplasma.

Somewhere around 90% recovered... Not easy to get the last 10%! open to any advice I can get!
