I had tried the regular chiros - but did not like the forceful manipulations...that hurt...and they didn't seem to last.
The upper cervical chiros adjust the atlas (bone at the top of the cervical spine - C1) It connects the skull and the spine.
Xrays are taken first to see if the person is out of alignment. The treatment is gentle, non-invasive.
