Sorry for the reason you're here but glad you found us.
Umm...I don't know what happened but, the information you received from Nutramedix via email contradicts what's published in the compatibility chart.
For example, Samento and Banderol should not be taken together. Here's a link to the compatibility chart:www.nutramedix.ec/ns/images/stories/ProductCompatibilityChart.pdf
Most herbs are safe to take for the long-term. In fact, they aren't as hard on the body as abx can be.
Since herbs can be quite effective, it's important to have a daily detox protocol in place. You see, toxins are released when the bacteria die and those toxins are what drive our symptoms. An effective detox protocol that employs multiple methods will help you stay ahead of those toxins and minimize symptoms.
We have some great detoxing suggestions in the "New to Lyme" thread that Girlie mentioned, including a link to this site:www.tiredoflyme.com/detox-methods.html
You'll see the 3 Nutramedix detox tinctures (burbur, parsley and pinella) included in that list and I hope you integrate them into your protocol along with many other detox methods.
The more you can detox, the better you'll feel....it's that simple.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. We'll do our best to answer them.
Best of luck to you moving forward!
