you might think about lowering your

with those yucky toxins.
Are you drinking lots of water?
Taking detox baths?
The baths are super, but
You gotta start slow,
if you can sweat
That'd help too,
I know, it's really scary to feel so off,
at least you know it's the LD and not you.
