They are taught that it's hard to catch and easy to treat, so they don't spend any time really learning much about
it. They simply don't expect to see it in their practice.
At least that I understand some. I saw on another forum where a guy was telling people that if they has massive amounts of pain to get into treatment right away, but otherwise they should wait and see if they even need treatment. What the heck?? That doesn't rename sense!
