If you look at my weekly moving average (i.e. on any given day, how well I was doing over the past week - blue line) - there is definitely a periodicity to it. Not a 100% well-defined 3-week cycle but definitely tending around that.
And....not shown on this graph, but correlating with my meds log, this definitely gets better when I pulse my tinidazole on, worse when off it. Cowden seems to do a little bit but not much. Doxy not much. Flagyl, maybe it would help over time but if it kills me in the process, what good is it? I'm thinking maybe it's time to get more serious with rife and/or try something else like Buhner. (Suggestions welcome!)
Any scientists, engineers, statisticians etc. out there want to give me pointers on analyzing / quantifying how periodic it is and with what average period etc? Sounds a bit like FFT..?
