I've been dealing with something similar myself. Between lack of motivation and memory issues, I just have so much do to. Things I NEED to do....but I just can't get my brain organized to do much about it. If I work on cleaning the house, I 'forget' that I need to order feed for the horses, trim hooves or order more tincture making supplies.
Have you been tested for adrenal issues? Dealing with that has helped me a little.
Then there's my new 'thing'. I finally got around to changing light bulbs in my bedroom...6 months after I got new bulbs and all but 1 had burnt out. I now have daylight LED bulbs...and something about that has me feeling better. I do have to be careful with how late I have them on (try to make sure they're off by 10pm at the latest). So maybe try switching to daylight bulbs in the room you spend the most time in, and turn them off between 9 and 10pm.
