tinyurl.com/j7n5huw Winter is the time that many people are feeling depressed, so hopefully this article will help some of you. I started using my rebounder again a couple of weeks ago and has helped me. I just need to try harder to keep it up.

I was just talking to my husband and told him "I feel great. It is almost like euphoric because I felt so horrible for the past 2 days."

He said "It sounds like manic depression."

I said, "Oh my gosh you are so right! Super good and then horrible and then super good again."

My life with lyme.

I do not have seasonal depression. I actually love our winters. Weird, I know. But we live here because we have 4 very distinct seasons and every year they are just a tad different.

My baby sister lives about 4,000 feet lower and she has SAD (seasonal affective disorder). She gets fog in the winter for months and she has a light that helps her.

Sometimes, SAD can be improved by taking Vitamin D supplements during the late Fall/Winter/early Spring months.
