If your herxes are interfering with your daily life too much, it's appropriate to pull back from treatment until increased detoxing gets you back to baseline.
Everyone's timeline is different but, 2 wks. into treatment is quite early to expect improvements.
I was happy to read what you're doing for detox but not sure what you mean by "rotating". I do hope you're doing all of those things every day.

Also, please know that there are several herbs that can help with neuro symptoms:
Lion's Mane (this is actually a mushroom)
These herbs can be taken alongside abx. In fact, Japanese Knotweed can "extend the reach" of antibiotics since it crosses the blood brain barrier where antibiotics usually can't go.
