Since you seem to not know what a herx is or the co-infections, i strongly suggest you read this thread, you will not be able to understand our advice otherwise (new to lyme):www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=1606610
I am on Artemisinin 600mg/day for about
9 months (which i know Buhner and others say it's not recommended, but when he said that he had no idea Artemisinin, which is usually antibabesial med, has such good activity against Borrelia).www.mdpi.com/2079-6382/4/3/397/htm
I do not have neurological symptoms you describe, so i would tend to say your old lyme symptoms are coming back, so not a side effect of artemisia.
But are you taking only artemisia ? That is not enough, you need several herbs to beat this, not just one.
As for the abx, you can try bicillin shots, no ceftriaxone side effects (gall bladder) and no GI problems with it. But im not sure if you have an LLMD or someone that can prescribe them and do the shots for you.
Also please note that going off antibiotics and relapsing is something that happens in 99% of people with chronic disseminated lyme disease (if u have not started treatment in about

Two weeks is really nothing, not even a full lyme reproductive (which is about
Do you have an LLMD ? I would advise you find one, or else, if you are short of money, buy a lyme book, like Healing Lyme by Buhner (2nd edition) and start buying the herbs you need. Most of us on the forum here take a dozen or so herbal extracts per day and wait for months to see real progress.
