My name is Agnes and am suffering from symptoms suggesting a Lyme disease since more than two months now (the third is beginning) after fleas bites.
My western blot tested negative but giving it was done on the fourth week since the emergence of my illness, its known unreliability, and that I had been on antibiotic before and during it, I suppose it can be questionned.
First of all, prior to the fleas, I had a dental problem which resolve with a treatement with antubiotics flagyl and amoxicillin during three days (250mg and 1g thee times a day respectigely) that begin the day I was bitten by fleas.
I suffered from arthralgias, mylgias, astheny, cold, numbness and tickling, night heat, sweat, confusion, weakness, mental depression, palpitations, tachycardia and brachycardia, neuropathy (sensitivity lost), floatters, baker cyst on the knees (rather the left one), thought I would die (resumed), had blood from urinary and fecal source (resumed) rashes, feet plant soreness, upper chest soreness, heavy legs (rsmd), pain in the down part of the back, and on the neck, sensation of inside burns, aliens inside my skin (but always had that --did you know there is acarians on almost everyone skin, the older the more?). (The symtoms are persisting bur in a decreased manner or are not permanent. My main one is pain in the back, and particulary at the shoulders level, rather in the left, with kind of lipomas along my cervical dorsal and shoulders and end of the neck; and the sensation of pressure and or of criplling in the zone.
I got to the ER two times, one to be said I only had an urinary infection and to take fosfomycin and stop flagyl and amoxicillin, the other time, the next day, to be told I had a neuropathy and other problem related to my dental problem, that they will resume and that I should rest one week.
Two weeks later I was still ill, at began to take the antibiotics again since one week, and discovered lyme disease upon searching all my symptoms on the internet.
I received one month of amoxicilline (2 g) from the 27/02 to last thursday, thanks to a LLMD, in case of Lyme. Since my test came negative she refused to treat me even if I am still suffering. Even if a lot less bc I gradually regain strength. I can now run like before for example.
I begun using plants one month ago too. Neem, guduchi, pommegrendate's bark everyday, three times a day, upping the dose and using hot water as I experienced it more potent. I took triphala anecdotically. The first week, I took tulsi, echinacea, cranberry and sometimes milke thisle rather the morning. This without much rigour. I use citrus extract (cyst buster) and propolis (vitamins, antiviral and antimicrobial) everyday too. The first weeks, I did really eat with concern, adding spices and going on an all organic diet. Since I have nearly lost appetite, it is quite easy. (i am not counting anxious eating as appetite)
I did buy those essential oils:
I have started yoga and did practice it since 14 days from 20 to 1h30 everyday except yesterday because my depression is growing, as it seems I am not going anywhere.
I got three times at the swimming pool (with ozone as sanitizer) last week and did run a bit.
I am posting there in search for advice and human contact because I am depressed.
I used to do massage almost everyday (complete ones) with sesame oil or coconut oil sometimes and they did give
relief while helping my scar tissues disappearance but I don't find the courage to carry on. Lastly, I used neem plus sesame and it did bring my feet back to life in one hour, resuming their blue color. (There is also kind of fibers on them, from the process. Dark blue, black, red or white, plus black fuzzballs. Not to forget the black dots I found on two of my toes, coming from under the skin, after an intense massaging session. I did also eventually take a black thing entrenched under my foot palm after several session. Don't knwo what it is. But have heard of myasy.)
I am acting silly. I should finish high-school these year but I am way from having studied. I don't know when this illness will cease and I am giving all my days to battling it. So I am like stuck in deny those last days. I crave hope. Since I am not taking care of myself I am losing my new found normally heaten body, and finding back pain and white face. I am sinking in inertia and despair.
Perhaps could you give some help fellow warriors?
Do you think antibiotics sold online are safe? I would like to eventually treat myself if no MD wants to help me according to those studies : http://www.nature.com/emi/journal/v3/n7/full/emi201453a.html#close and http://www.northeastern.edu/news/2015/06/researchers-discovery-may-explain-difficulty-in-treating-lyme-disease/
How would you advice me to use those plants? Concerning eating, I am using spices to help my blood circulation, my gut's fire ( they are also antimicrobial and antihelminthic so that's cool), and I don't eat junk food.
I have used miso and oregano together to make a soup to help my gut flora and battle biofilm. I have often eaten garlic, onions, thym and romarin, as well as wakame (iodine).
I tried to stop the antibiotic before one momth of duration bc I read it triggered biofilm increase but each time my symptoms came again. The last time I upped to 4/5 times a day the neem and let it the chance to heal me. I think it worked but I did perhaps forget how good I was with amoxicilline. When I don t do massages i find again numbness at night and cold extremities.
Neem is a good antimicrobial and antioxydant but should be used cautiously as it is against male hormones and can affect the gut ( absorbghee or yogurt or milk or any oil after).
Guduchi is helping against inflammation, parasites, is indicated to help detoxifying and digestion, plus it enhances the immune system.
Pommegrenadate's bark paralyses parasites, give b-category vitamins, and fight inflammation as well.
I had a return of knee joints aches after stopping amoxicillin but one hour and a half at the swimming pool did apparently resume it.
My sweat is aching my skin as well as my tears do.
Sometimes sports makes me feel like my muscle is burning (thigh and also down part of the leg). The last time I forced upon my left thigh one's I loose sensitivity and didn't regain it since.
So here is a rather confuse presentation but hope it would be usefull!
Thank you for your attention and hope the experience I share will help too!
