I am feeling a bit better since my last post and I'm never going to let myself get to the point where I can't get up and move. I'm way too stubborn for that
My question is, can I take creatine and protein while in the gym and use the Buhner Protocol or will they interact with each other? I'd like to get back in shape and I'm going to start hitting the gym 3 times a week.
