Wow, what a great protocol Birthdaysuit!! Also, I totally agree with the fish oil and curcumin as I notice the difference with depression myself when I take them. In addition to helping lower inflammation, the fish oil can help naturally boost seratonin levels... and of course the curcumin is great for the inflammation which I notice when my inflammation is extra high in my body I am more depressed (among the other symptoms that the inflammation makes worse!). Whats really crazy is that I recently read curcumin worked just as good as the anti-depressant Prozac for treating depression...I was amazed to read that. It gets pricey but I always make sure I buy *quality* fish oil and curcumin for these reasons as they do truly help! Also, it doesnt help that I read that bartonella causes a constant grade of inflammation in the body...so another reason it is just good to always address that inflammation with these infections. Haha, can you tell Ive done a lil research on those particular supp's lately...its all still pretty fresh in my brain (for now, that is ;-)
Theres a reason Dr H says the MAIN components are to treat the 3 I's=Infections, Immune system & Inflammation!
