I was losing the curvature of my spine, had a big hump right where the neck and back meet and oste
openia diagnosed - yet now my bones are showing no signs of oste
openia and my spine seems to be doing better, along with the hump at my neck/back area. Most of the reason for that hump for me was muscular - and it keeps happening. I have to watch closely for those times when my shoulders and neck feel tight and either use ice or heat and pressure to get those muscles to release so I can sit up straight once again.
I'm not saying that you don't have those issues, but maybe there is a way that you can relieve them a bit by using ice and/or heat? Sometimes I go from ice to reduce swelling to heat to relax the muscles after just a 5 - 10 minute break, then on to putting pressure off to the side of each area to help release those muscles and tendons (working on trigger points).
How can osteoporosis be reversed? If it's due to Lyme, first and foremost is to heal the gut - otherwise the supplements a person takes can't be absorbed like they need to be. Then by taking certain supplements and making sure to support the body with good food too, and treating Lyme/Bart if that's what's causing it. We know those bacteria can get into the bone.
