JoanJet, Denikeef didn't say that she was taking those things, those are things that Buhner lists to help with sleep, and I have his 2nd edition Lyme book, so I can give you the dosages.
Melatonin Liquid - manufacturers directions, one hour before bed, and/or:
Ashwagandha tincture: 1/2 tsp one hour before bed; or powder or capsules, 1 gram an hour before bed, and/or:
Skullcap tincture: 1/2 - 1 tsp 3 times daily, and/or:
motherwort: fresh plant tincture: 1/4 ounce (yes that is right) in liquid just before bed (if the melatonin does not help), and/or:
Suan sao rhen tang tablets/pellets, plum flower brand (5 tablets just before bed), and/or:
Te xiao zao ren an mian pian (sleepeace) tablets/pellets, (5 tablets just before bed), and/or:
Glycine, 125 - 375 mgs daily, and/or:
Tryptophan, 1,000 mgs just before bed, and/or:

Personally, I use melatonin (anywhere from 3 - 5 mgs) and Tryptophan (1500 mgs), and valerian (1,000 mgs) for me to be able to sleep every night for at least 5 hours.
