It could be. The lemon water to start is just a splash in a full cup of water. It is not lemonade. You slowly work up to more lemon.
Garlic is something I like raw. At first I didn't even do a whole clove. I would make sourdough toast, kerrygold butter unsalted and chopped garlic on it. yummmm Eventually I got where I was doing 4 whole cloves chopped on that toast. Garlic can really clean you out so you have to be nice and gentle until you get used to it.
