As long as you have treatment for Lyme (due to bulls eye rash), and Babesia (due to the confirmation that the tick had it), the Anaplasmosis will be treated. Just watch for any Bartonella symptoms as well, as it is quite common for it to travel with the Lyme and Babesia.
Stay on track with getting started on treatments, detoxing and all that is all you need to do.
As for the mouth parts still being in your skin, the only way to remove them is to either cut them out or allow the skin to just push them out one day. The only concern is a localized infection is all - so just watch for that as well. If this happens, treat it as you would any splinter that broke off and got infected.
