First of all, I'm so sorry that you have relapsed!
Many will go to Cowden as a schedule is all written out. If you feel you are only dealing with Lyme, Cowden's is a good choice for many - but I have yet to be convinced (by watching others on it) that it treats the co-infections. I was on something different that claimed it treated all the infections as well, and had to add to it or use something different for the co-infections as it only treats Lyme effectively as well.
Buhner's has different protocols for different bacteria, although like the other protocols, it does have some herbs that will appear on several protocols - but Buhner is the only one that provides different protocols for each of the infections. So in that respect, it's more effective - even though you are doing a different protocol for each of the infections.
For where to buy the herbs, I think most of us order online. Some are lucky enough to have a very good herbalist or natural health food store nearby that carries many of the herbs needed.
We have a list of websites that sell herbs in the "New to Lyme?" thread that many members use. Here is the list:
Monterey Bay Spice company - or Herbco www.herbco.com/
