Its a few days over a week on knotweed, and added in cats claw some days ago. Seems hot showers are starting to get to me. I dont know how to explain it. What do you guys feel?

Once I stepped into the shower, its like everything got maybe numbish, a little heavy feeling. When I got out of the shower, I got some very slight, fleeting nerve pains.

Is this something you all experience? I never did on abx, but I did have nerve issues in 2014 when I got sick that I interpreted as have a heart attack. Until I found out I was healthy it scared the crap out of me! Now I can tell nerve pain, or zaps, from heart issues. You guys feel like this?

When I take hot showers, I feel like my skin shrinks and is one size too small for my body. Almost like it will split open if I stretch. I also get dizzy and tired when I dry off. Nerve problems are a daily thing.

Hot showers made me feel like I literally was melting. It made me so weak I could barely stand and I got so very light headed.

The herbs are probably bringing things out and moving things around. Remember every time we make an adjustment to a protocol we can present with new symptoms or current ones can become worse. The hope of course is that they go away the more we treat. It's so odd the way things keep changing.

I've recently noticed how bad I feel with heat of any kind. Including showers. Here's the best explanation I've seen yet about it. www.tiredoflyme.com/feeling-worse-in-the-heat-with-chronic-lyme-disease.html
Got mono in fall 2011. Suffered with severe depression since fall 2012. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's fall of 2013. Diagnosed with Lyme fall of 2015. Non-CDC but several bands positive and positive antibody test via Igenex. Currently treating with Byron White A-L complex, Cowden's Burbor and Pinnella, 200mg Tofranil, 45mg Remeron, 20mg Propranolol, Ambien, random array of supplements.

I get a very bum leg where I need a cane. I've had problems with warm to hot showers. I needed them warm for my joints and my muscle pain after work but it would make my leg so weak I couldn't stand. I only had a stand up shower so I put a stool in it. That went on for years them stopped. Slowly creeping back now that I had a baby and completely flared up again.
