Hahaha, the group needs a relationship counseling thread, it seems.
Here's what I was going to fix last night, or tonight depending on how hot it is.
Skinless flounder fillets with sliced yellow squash and slivers of onion and red bell pepper over them. Little dots of coconut oil, sea salt and pepper and a few small capers, drizzled with lemon juice and baked in a foil packet.
With that I was going to mince up and fry some bacon and drop in a bunch of baby spinach and a few dashes of Mother's ACV. Maybe some grated garlic out of my garden.
Healthiest meal I've probably ever planned.
