jenny - I used to do a lot of cooking, and baking...until I got sick.
Then I went to just basic foods - and I know you can do this:
I buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I put them in the oven. Sometimes I put some spices on them.
I make a salad. Romaine lettuce, carrots, broccoli, basil, tomatoes...etc.
Then I make a dressing - olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic , a bit of honey, salt and pepper.
Chicken and salad...easy...and it tastes good when you're hungry - even though it's plain. You can do this.
Put the timer on so you don't burn the chicken.
