Without actually taking your temperature, there's not much you should do, as you may not have a fever high enough to cause concern. Fever is a way that the body uses to fight infection, so a small raise in your temp would be nothing to cause too much concern.
I would often feel like I was running a fever, yet my temp was considered 'normal', but that's because my body temp was only 96 or 97 (depending on the day), so I did have a fever at 98 and at 99 I was 2 point above MY normal, but it was far from being 'dangerous'.
