Try detoxing extra to see if that helps any at all. Use some binders about
2 hours after you eat.
This could be from leaky gut - some of the nutrients and things in the food will pass through the intestinal wall and "leak" out into the body. This can cause muscle & joint issues as well as things like increased brain fog and others too.
If detoxing helps, then start at least incorporating bone broth into your diet (sip it for lunch? or drink with dinner, or as a snack)as this is known to help heal leaky gut. There are other things you can do as well, but no need going into that until you find out if you are dealing with this or not.
