I, like most of of us probably, have lost the ability to read anything substantial. I feel like I am back in grade school with the level of comprehension I can maintain. However, I feel like I can't just stop all together. Perhaps while trying to heal, I can start slowly and work up to "normal" books again. And BTW, I know the authors mean well but, wow, those Lyme books are nearly impossible to get through!
Anybody have suggestions? Or has been down this road? I don't want to read kids books, but maybe I have to. Looking for something short, with easy to follow plot lines.
Oh, and not really into romance novels, lol ...;)
