You want to take the probiotics when you're not going to be following it with antibiotics - they will just kill off the good bacteria in the probiotics.
So If you take your antibiotics say 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (for example.)
You could take your probiotics anytime after 8:00 p.m. Then they have all night while you sleep to populate in your gut.
You could add an extra dosing at noon... after your lunch.
