Some things that helped me:
*come here daily to give support and receive support - take breaks when needed
*journal what is going on - take breaks when needed
*listen to your body carefully and adjust things on a day to day basis
*mindfulness/meditation/prayer - something to feed your soul/spirit - whatever works for you!
*good sleep hygiene: go to bed and get up at the same time, electronics off at least an hour before bedtime, no big meals after 5:00 pm if you have gnarly sleep issues
*I don't take epsom salt baths any more because of old pipes, but LOVED them. I found a recipe for 1 cup baking soda 1 cup aloe vera juice 1 cup sea salt 1 cup epsom salt. I felt somehow this got deeper in my body somehow. Now I do epsom salt foot soaks.
*cut back on activity. I find people often say yes to more than is balanced. Learn to say no.
*weed out your friend garden. A daily effort to keep negativity and energy suckers out of your life.
