Is your raw diet balanced? I know it can be tricky to get the protein ratios just right and get enough B vitamins if there are certain things missing. I'm sure you have done your research! Just the mom in me can't help but ask.
I get the heart rate thing too, it is super uncomfortable and gross feeling. I stir like a pot or something and my heart rate picks up like I am doing an intense workout. LOL. ICK.
As for sleep, I struggle with that a lot. You need to get some rest. Have you tried taking Benedryl? Benedryl is a safe non habit forming sleep aid. You may feel groggy in the morning but that is better than no sleep.
I have run through all the first line natural sleep aids with no luck but many find help with melatonin, valerian, hops, passion flower, etc. I used a supplement called Best Rest that had all of the above. It wasn't quite enough for me though. I take kava pills at bed time now that do help. But I pair it with trazodone, a low dose of an antidepressant. Even with that, I still wake up way too freaking early.
If you can't take pills, you can make a kava drink. It tastes a little strange and it will make your mouth go numb. haha. You could take liquid benedryl.
