This has been mentioned by people here quite a few times; your not alone.
I got like that and limbs would get shaky too, getting stronger now the last three months.
Try to massage and squeeze your arm muscles(hard!) or get someone else to do it. Week and stuck triceps and back of outer shoulder make reaching forward hard to do.
Drawing extended arms in towards you are the chest muscles.
It feels so good to get the circulation going, that dead limb feeling drove me nuts.
For legs- roll slow on a lacross ball on floor- on sides anf front of legs. Tight spots will hurt but get better in time. For back of thighs (hamstrings) sit on top of stairs with lacross ball under thigh- push down and extend lower leg out at the same time.
Tennis balls are to soft but feel better. A Lacross ball makes results.
This is also detoxing the muscles.
