a year now, when I've been starting to nod off, I've had the sensation of fluid
in my throat right below my voice box, which causes uncontrollable swallowing.
This keeps me up late and wakes me up early. I'm getting seriously sleep-deprived.
It seems like this happens even when I fall asleep sitting up.
The docs say it's most likely reflux-related, but I struggled with neuro-lyme from '07-'15, so I'm not ruling that
out as a cause.
I really don't want to take a PPI or H2 blocker, and am wondering if
anyone else had this symptom and found a way to overcome it without one of those drugs.
Has anyone had this from their Lyme, and how did you get rid
of it if so?
Major-league thanks for any insight. This is getting to be a significant problem.
