KB69- yes, things get way harder just before and at onset of period
I have low iron so my Dr. suggested Iron (ask your Dr. which kind- some are hard on the stomach) and chlorella. I've heard some ladies do well with cramp bark, evening primrose oil, and other herbs. I'm going to ask my Dr. next time too about
how to ease things up during this time. I'd love to know if your Dr. suggests anything aside from the iron. In the meantime, I'm going to google PMS herbs and see what comes up.
