What do you mean by Lyme arthritis herx? Achy, painful joints? Or is there redness too? The achy, painful and red joints could mean that the infection is still attacking your joints.
Achy and painful joints can last for a long time though. If it's part of a herx, then you should increase your detoxing to help lower the amount of toxins.
