Your son's extra fatigue and the appearance of a rash is definitely something to be very concerned for, but testing this early will result in a false negative - his body hasn't had enough time to produce antibodies that the tests rely on yet.
I would encourage you to seek out a pediatric LLMD for your son and not waste time with doctors who likely won't recognize these early symptoms.
